After Homeowner Opened Damper

Brian and Ang got to a chimney sweep appointment to perform a chimney inspection and chimney sweep in north Houston. Upon entering the home the hearth and carpet was covered with soot. The customer had just moved into the residence. When they opened the damper soot came pouring out from the previous homeowners fires. Brian and Ang did a full inspection and found nothing wrong with the chimney and fireplace except it was in dire need of a “no mess chimney sweep.”

Ang went on top of the chimney and took this picture of soot falling. All the swirls of black dust is soot and is a major fire hazard to you home and family.

Going on our 16th anniversary in the chimney business some people may not know
how important when starting the business Christa was to our success. We started
the business together and grew with each other in the proccess.
When I was on the roof or driving there was no way I could answer the phones. In the
beginning she handled two small girls at home and the phones while I was doing
the work in the field. She really doesn’t get enough credit for this and should
be reminded.

I guess people aways ask to speak to the owner and its a forgotten fact that she is co-founding owner with me. I love you Christa.

Our first mother raccoon with babies in a chimney last week. The time for raccoon

Here is Brian doing a Wildlife removal Houston. If you look closely you can see a raccoon in the trap. After he released the raccoon Brian cleaned up all the feces and took out the nesting debris the raccoon left in the attic.

The attic was then sanitized and deodorized from the enzines and parasites left from the feces and urine.
